The throwing gauge is placed directly onto the splash pan of your potter’s wheel – it has a smart adjustable screw that ensures the tool stays in place.
Fits most potter’s wheels / splash pans (The edge of the splash pan must be no wider than 2 cm).
This throwing gauge features strong, knurled adjustment screws, making it easy to adjust even with clay-covered fingers. The tool can be easily folded to take up less space during transport.
The outer red tip can be folded back so it doesn’t leave marks when removing your piece from the wheel.
The throwing gauge can be easily disassembled and cleaned with cold water – Note: Not dishwasher safe.
